The Rubber Duckie kit shown above comes with party invitations. You can also order thank-you cards and extra invitations that match the rubber duckie theme by following that link.

A fun and unique invitation is to use a toy rubber duck and attach the party information to it.

Draw or stamp a duck shape onto card stock.

Party Decorations:

Fill the party room with yellow and blue balloons. You can air fill some balloons so they float close to the floor and float some with helium.

For some Rubber Duck party favors and supplies check out this fun page.

Turn a yellow balloon into a duck by drawing on facial features with markers or paint.

Two large yellow circles can become a duck if you tape them together and draw on an eye. Use orange paper to form a beak.

Rubber Duck Party Activities:

Set up a duck pond without using water. Take plastic toy ducks and write numbers on the bottom of them. Put shredded or crumbled up blue tissue paper into a small shallow pan and set the ducks on top. Allow each child to pick a duck and win a prize.

At the end of the party you can give each guest one of the toy ducks to take home with them.

Play an easy balloon toss game. Give each guest a duck balloon . Have them toss the balloon into a laundry basket or box that you have sitting on a chair.

Party Food and Drinks:

Make a fun Duck Cake by frosting two round cakes with yellow frosting. Set both cakes onto a rectangular cake mat with one cake slightly above the other. Make a beak out of carrot sticks or an orange peel and use a cookie as the eye.

Serve water, milk or juice for the drinks.
