Pumpkin Eyes
Funny, whimsical and eerie pumpkin eyes can be created easily. No need to stay with triangles

You can easily create the same effect for your pumpkin.
Keep in mind that you need to keep a section attached to the pumpkin
A drill is perfect for getting a nice round circle cut out.
If you are using a template to cut out your pumpkin, you will already have eyes to use. If you are planning on freely drawing a design or just don't like the eyes that came with the pattern you can easily change them.

Here are some creative ways of doing eyes. They aren't as scary as the cat eyes above but they are fun and different.
The grey areas are the sections that you cut out of the pumpkin. When you see the orange areas those are sections that will stay on the pumpkin. This is just a small sampling of what you can do with the eyes on your pumpkin.
