Offer your family more than just an egg hunt with these Easter Games

These Easter Games are simple to put together.

All of the games are made of materials you have sitting around the house.

The games can take anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes to put together, yet can be played with for hours.

Creative and Fun Easter Games

Pin the Tail on the Easter Bunny:

The classic Pin the Tail on the Donkey game turned into an Easter Game.
Draw the backside of an Easter bunny. I used a dinner size plate to draw the bottom circle, a saucer for the head and a cup for the little tail. Put double faced tape or a loop of tape onto a cotton ball for each child playing the game. The person that gets the cotton ball closest to the x wins the game.

Pin the Egg on the Basket:

Draw a basket. Draw a few eggs in the basket and some grass hanging out of it. Color everything in, or have the children color it. Cut one 5" tall egg out of construction paper for each child. You can each child decorate their egg before the game starts. When you are ready to start the game, just apply a piece of tape to the back of the egg and let the fun begin.

Easter Bunny Ring Toss:

Wrap a box with white paper.
Take two metal coat hangers and stetch them out to form long oval shapes. Cut off the hooking part with a pair of wire cutters. Poke the ends of the hanger into the box.
Cut two ears out of white paper that are going to be longer than your metal frames (approx 12" tall") Tape the paper to the hangers and also tape the paper to the box. This keeps the hangers from falling into the box further.
Cut two pieces of pink paper for the insides of the ears and glue or tape into place.
The eyes, nose and mouth can be drawn or painted onto the box.
To make the rings I used 9" paper plates and cut out the centers.
To play the game everyone gets three tosses at the rabbit per round, if you ring an ear you get a point.
Play continues until someone reaches 15 points.
