An angel invitation that is easy to make. Invitations don't have to be flawless, they just need to contain the party information! So don't fret over making your own.
Fold a sheet of construction paper in half. Cut the folded sheet into half again to make 2 invitations.
Trace an angel onto the front of the construction paper and color it in using paint pens.
When painting the angel, try not to worry to much about getting the paint evenly coated. Once the paint dries, outline the angel and add details with a black gel pen. Doing the detailing with the black pen will make it look much better.
You can add sequins and glitter to the design if you want. We put glitter around the angel but it didn't show up well in the picture.

The base for both invitations are a sheet of construction paper folded in half and then cut into half again.
An ornament was cut out of gingham paper, glued onto the front and a bow was added. Party details were printed out and glued to the inside.
The stocking was also cut from gingham paper that is white on the back. The top of the stocking was cut a little long and then folded over to form the white border of the stocking. Glue the fold into place and glue the stocking to the solid green paper. Add your party information.
Optional Decorations For Invitations
On the stocking invitation, you could leave a little opening at the top and tuck in a small candy cane!
You could also decorate the stocking with the recipients name written with a glitter glue pen.
The ornament invitation could be decorated with a photo, the recipients name or Christmas stickers.
